Fast alle bieten ab 13:00h ein Menu del dia an, das ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet. "Mandala" am Strand von Oliva
Das Mandala hat für mein Empfinden die schönste Atmosphäre und Lage aller Restaurants in Oliva und Oliva Playa. Liebevoll gestaltet in mediterranem Stil und vor allem direkt am Strand. Ich empfehle das Frühstück dort (9:00 - 12:00). Die Sonne scheint vormittags auf die Terrasse direkt am Sandstrand. Die Pizza ist auch sehr gut - und vor allem der Kuchen. Es ist mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Oliva, trotzdem muss ich sagen, einige Gerichte sind für die Größe der Portionen ein kleines bisschen überteuert - aber preislich sind wir hier eben doch sehr verwöhnt.
In my opinion, the Mandala has the most beautiful atmosphere and location of all restaurants in Oliva and Oliva Playa. Lovingly designed in Mediterranean style and especially right on the beach. I recommend breakfast there (9:00 - 12:00). The sun shines on the terrace directly on the sandy beach in the morning. The pizza is very good too - and especially the cake. It's my favorite restaurant in Oliva, but I have to say that some dishes are a little overpriced for the size of the portions - but we're spoiled for choice here.
En mi opinión, el Mandala tiene el ambiente y la ubicación más hermosos de todos los restaurantes en Oliva y Oliva Playa. Cariñosamente diseñado en estilo mediterráneo y especialmente en la playa. Recomiendo desayunar allí (9:00 - 12:00). El sol brilla en la terraza directamente en la playa de arena por la mañana. La pizza también es muy buena, y especialmente el pastel. Es mi restaurante favorito en Oliva, pero debo decir que algunos platos son un poco caros para el tamaño de las porciones, pero aquí tenemos muchas opciones.
CLUB NAUTICO / Oliva
Der Yachthafen direkt am Strand von Oliva öffnet seine Gastronomie für jedermann. Man muss nicht Mitglied im Club sein, um dort bei einem "Menu del Dia" oder einer Tapa den Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und den Hafen zu haben. Die Speisekarte ist groß und "einheimisch", ab 13:00 gibt es "menu del dia". Der Blick und die Lage sind traumhaft. Auch der Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein lohnt sich.
The marina directly on the beach of Oliva opens its gastronomy to everyone. El puerto deportivo directamente en la playa de Oliva abre su gastronomía a todos. No hace falta ser socio del club para disfrutar de un "Menú del Día" o una tapa con vistas a la playa, al mar y al puerto. El menú es amplio y "local", a partir de las 13:00 hay "menú del día". La vista y la ubicación son fantásticas. La puesta de sol con una copa de vino también merece la pena.
Direkt hinterm Strand - das El Tou !
Für Touristen fast nicht zu finden, liegt das El Tou direkt hinter einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte Olivas Richtung Piles. Mit dem Rad, zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto erreicht man es auf einer kleinen Reise durch Orangenhaine. Neben einer recht kleinen, aber ausreichenden Speisekarte kann man auch nach dem "plato de dia" fragen - jeden Tag ein Gericht, das nicht auf der Karte steht. Schönes Fleckchen Erde.

Casi imposible de encontrar para los turistas, El Tou está situado justo detrás de uno de los tramos de playa más bonitos de Oliva hacia Piles. Se puede llegar en bicicleta, a pie o en coche en un breve trayecto entre campos de naranjos. Además de un menú bastante pequeño pero suficiente, también puedes pedir el "plato de dia", un plato que no está en el menú todos los días. Hermoso pedazo de tierra.
Bar / Restaurant "Pelut" in der Altstadt
Das El Pelut in Oliva ist die wichtigste Tapas Bar in der Altstadt von Oliva (3 Minuten zu Fuß von hier). Viele Einheimische kommen dort hin - vormittags, mittags, abends. Die Küche ist typisch spanisch und reicht von Tapas über "Almuerzo" (Bocadillo+ Salat bis 13:00h), ab dann Menü del Dia - sehr moderate Preise dafür sehr gute Qualität - und zuweilen auch recht geräuschintensiv. Spanisches Leben eben! SEHR empfehlenswert, wenn man sich in das Leben der Olivaner einmischen möchte.
El Pelut in Oliva is the main tapas bar in the old town of Oliva (3 minutes' walk from here). Lots of locals come there - morning, noon, evening. The cuisine is typically Spanish and ranges from tapas to "Almuerzo" (bocadillo + salad until 1 p.m.), from then on Menu del Dia - very moderate prices, very good quality - and sometimes quite noisy. Just Spanish life! HIGHLY recommended if you want to get involved in olivan life.
El Pelut en Oliva es el principal bar de tapas del casco antiguo de Oliva (a 3 minutos a pie desde aquí). Muchos lugareños vienen allí, por la mañana, al mediodía, por la noche. La cocina es típicamente española y va desde las tapas hasta el "Almuerzo" (bocadillo + ensalada hasta las 13:00 horas), a partir de ahí Menú del Día - precios muy moderados, muy buena calidad - y en ocasiones bastante ruidoso. ¡Solo vida española! MUY recomendable si quieres involucrarte en la vida de Oliva.

Das Marktgeschehen zu beobachten, ein Käffchen oder Weinchen zum Menu del Dia - so darf ein Freitag in Oliva beginnen.
The El Lloc is a traditional restaurant on the "Paseo" in Oliva. I guess everyone who lives here knows it. My recomendation is to have lunch there on Fridays, when the market and the Paseo are very busy. Observing what's going on at the market, a coffee or a glass of wine with the Menu del Dia - this is how a Friday in Oliva should begin.

Das Nou Cellar liegt ebenso wie das El Lloc am Paseo von Oliva. Zum Almuerzo gehen etliche Einheimische dort hin. Bodenständige gute landesübliche Küche. Der Vorteil an diesem Restaurant - es ist auch innen recht hübsch eingerichtet, so dass man auch ein wenig Atmosphäre genießen kann.

Das KIKO PORT ist eines der für hiesige Verhältnisse edleren Restaurants in Oliva Playa - direkt hinter dem Strand neben der Marina des Claub Nautico gelegen und gehört zum 4 Sterne Campingplatz Kiko Park am sehr schönen Strandabschnitt.
Es besticht schon alleine durch die Lage. Aber auch Ambiente und Essen sind empfehlenswert. Allerdings sind die Preise auch nicht gerade günstig. Aber dennoch bezahlbar.
The KIKO PORT is one of the finer restaurants in Oliva Playa by local standards - located directly behind the beach next to the Claub Nautico Marina and is part of the 4-star Kiko Park campsite on the very beautiful stretch of beach.

El KIKO PORT es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Oliva Playa según los estándares locales, ubicado justo detrás de la playa al lado del puerto deportivo Claub Nautico y es parte del camping de 4 estrellas Kiko Park en el hermoso tramo de playa.
Impresiona solo por su ubicación. El ambiente y la comida también son recomendables. Sin embargo, los precios tampoco son baratos. Pero sigue siendo asequible.
YAHO - der stilvolle Chinese am Ortsausgang
Am Ortsausgang von Oliva Richtung Gandia hat vor Kurzem das neue China-Restaurant YAHO eröffnet. Vor allem wegen dem Menu del Dia sofort sehr gut angenommen. Innen ist es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, leider kann man bisher noch nicht draussen essen. Lediglich Getränke werden im Außenbereich serviert. Dennoch empfehlenswert!

"Los banos" in El Verger - am Strand
Nicht direkt in Oliva - das Los Banos in El Verger (ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt von Oliva) ist vielleicht eher eine Art Strandbar, in der man gemütlich sitzen, Cocktails schlürfen - aber auch essen kann. Es ist keine Sterneküche, aber das, was es gibt ist sehr gut! Es ist die nette Atmosphäre, der Blick auf s Meer, die Einrichtung vornehmlich aus Holz und Materialien, die aus dem Meer kommen. Jeden Sonntag ist Flohmarkt (rastro) in El Verger - einen Besuch auf dem Rastro verbinden mit einem Abstecher ins Los Banos ist eine nette Vormittagstour! Man sollte sonntags VOR 13:00 da sein oder vorab reservieren.

No directamente en Oliva: Los Banos en El Verger (a unos 15 minutos en coche de Oliva) es quizás más una especie de chiringuito donde puedes sentarte cómodamente, tomar cócteles, pero también comer. No es una cocina estrella, pero lo que hay está muy bueno! Es el buen ambiente, la vista al mar, los muebles principalmente de madera y materiales que vienen del mar. Todos los domingos hay un mercado de pulgas (rastro) en El Verger: ¡combinar una visita al Rastro con un viaje a Los Baños es un buen recorrido por la mañana! Debes estar ANTES de las 13:00 los domingos o reservar con antelación.

La Venta de Collao - auf einem Gipfel in den Bergen beim Valle de Laguard gelegen. Phantastischer Blick in die umliegende Berglandschaft. Wirklich allerbeste Hausmannskost immer in einem Menu del Dia angeboten. Ein Geheimtip für Liebhaber der Berge. Allerdings so gut, dass viele hier Lebende Nordeuropäer diese Perle auch kennen. Daher unbedingt reservieren. Das Restaurant hat nur tagsüber bis 16:00 geöffnet. Sehr zu empfehlen auf dem Weg das Sanatorio de Borja - das letzte Lepra-Dorf Europas Fontilles zu besuchen.
La Venta de Collao - Located on a peak in the mountains near Valle de Laguard. Fantastic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Really the best home cooking ever offered in a Menu del Dia. An insider tip for mountain lovers. However, it is so good that many Northern Europeans living here also know this pearl. Therefore make a reservation. The restaurant is only open during the day until 4 p.m. Highly recommended on the way to visit the Sanatorio de Borja - the last leprosy village in Europe Fontilles.
La Venta de Collao - Ubicado en un pico en las montañas cerca del Valle de Laguard. Fantástica vista del paisaje montañoso circundante. Realmente la mejor comida casera jamás ofrecida en un Menú del Día. Un consejo para los amantes de la montaña. Sin embargo, es tan bueno que muchos europeos del norte que viven aquí también conocen esta perla. Por lo tanto, haga una reserva.
